- Technical and advertising information. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and advertising identifiers such as a Facebook click identifier (
fbclid) or UTM parameters if you arrived from an ad.
How we use it
- To contact you about selling your property, by phone, text, and email.
- To evaluate whether we can make an offer on your property.
- To measure which advertisements produce inquiries. We send a hashed (irreversible) version of your contact information to Meta Platforms for this purpose. We do not send your property details or your answers.
- To keep records required by law and to resolve disputes.
Text messaging and your mobile number
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages from us is never shared with, sold to, or transferred to any other party. This includes affiliates, partners, and any other company.

Who else sees your information
We use third-party services to run our business. They see only what they need to:
- Our customer records system stores your inquiry so our team can follow up.
- Our phone and text provider places our call and delivers our message.
- Our hosting and database providers store the website and the record of your submission.
- Meta Platforms receives hashed contact data for advertising measurement, as described above.
- Title companies, attorneys, lenders, and buyers receive property information only if you proceed toward a transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
